The people at Aqua-Dry were sooo good to deal with. Hannah was organised, thorough, honest and helpful. Tony the Carpet Guru, arrived on time, and with no fuss and no mess worked his magic. The carpet hadn't been cleaned in 20 years and had multiple stains and marks. But he still did a lovely job and was finished in an hour. Extremely pleased with the result. Great job and a pleasure to deal with.

Was super delighted with the results that Tom achieved on the 2 rugs and a hall runner. I honestly did not think they would come up as well as they did. He worked a small miracle on my good rug which was badly stained. Although Aqua-Dry is located on the far side of the city to me, and there were other companies much closer, I chose Aqua-Dry on the basis of the information on their website and follow- up phone call . The reception staff are all very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Their pricing is very competitive and while I chose to drop -in and collect my rugs the pick-up and delivery charge of €20 each way from one side of the city to the other is very reasonable. Dan was really lovely to deal with and did a fantastic job on the couch and the footstool. We have two big dogs and our couch definitely showed that, I couldn’t believe the amount of hidden dirt that lifted up in 45mins. I have used aqua dry on a couple of occasions and service has been excellent. Tony turned up on time, despite having to sit in rush hour traffic to get to me for 9am, he was very friendly, the carpets came up like new and he went above and beyond the job by managing to get an oil paint stain out of my satin curtains which wasn't part of the job!
