I recently contacted Aqua-Dry to clean a carpet in my sitting room, which had a particularly bad coffee stain from over the Christmas holidays. I couldn't be more pleased with the results! From the moment I contacted them, their customer service was excellent. On the day of the appointment, Dan arrived right on time, equipped with professional-grade cleaning tools and solutions. He was very friendly, courteous, and took great care to protect my furniture showing great attention to detail. The stain was particularly bad and Dan really did a super job in taking the time and care to remove it as best as possible. It required a lot of persistence and extra treatment due to the nature of how bad it was - all done with a smile! This persistence and return visits from Dan really paid off as the transformation was remarkable. I highly recommend the Aqua-Dry team to anyone in need of carpet cleaning. Dan did a lovely job on my stairs and landing and was even kind enough to clean a smaller rug in the hall. The carpet is very old and it now looks better and fresher than it has for years.
