My recent experience with Aqua Dry was excellent. Tony was fantastic, as usual and arrived promptly. The result was great, and he left the place tidy. I was delighted to be able to get an appointment so soon before Christmas. Tony made the whole process so easy. I’m sure we will be booking again in the future.

Your company was recommended by two of my friends who were very happy with the service they received. I liked a lot about your service My initial query was responded to very quickly. Pricings and the various options were clearly detailed in the quote email. Everyone I dealt with was very pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable. I was kept informed of what to do in preparation, time of arrival etc. When I needed to change the date of cleaning it was not seen as a problem but quickly sorted out. Tony arrived on time. He was very pleasant to deal with and worked quickly and cleanly in my home. Before he left he explained how long it would take the sofas to dry. I am delighted with the end result and would not hesitate to recommend you to others. I cannot think of how the service could be improved. The service provided was excellent and I am thrilled with the results. However your staff members are your best asset. In an era of impersonal service it is a pleasure to deal with people like Hannah and Tony who really made me feel like you appreciated my business

I googled carpet cleaners in my area, and Aqua-Dry was one of them — Hannah answered the phone and was easy and pleasant to talk to, and was so very efficient. She arranged a quick job for me even though it is a busy time. Tony was great! Very agreeable and efficient

We had a great experience from Aqua Dry … we loved that there was a prompt reply to our enquiry & the whole process was handled over the phone speedily & efficiently … Tom arrived exactly on time & did the work including a thorough run-through of aftercare .. we are delighted with the sofa & chairs & feel confident about any little accidents that might occur in the future!!
