Very happy with everything. Tony was pleasant and professional, and did a clean efficient job! I found Aqua-Dry on google search, and thought recommendations were good. There was a fast response, (from enquiry to scheduling), and commitment to quality. (Both Tony and Hannah reinforced if I had any queries to contact them.) The only thing to suggest is perhaps a small price reduction?! - thought it a little expensive! Overall, I was very satisfied

Excellent service. I highly recommend Aqua Dry. Their service was excellent from start to finish. Hannah was very helpful when I was booking, explained the process clearly and advised there was no guarantee the stains would be removed completely. I have a light cream carpet and our puppy has had a couple of 'accidents'!! When Tim arrived, he explained the process and showed me the progress as he went. I am absolutely delighted with the result, the carpet looks as good as new.
