From the moment Hannah answered the phone to me this company was highly professional and courteous Dan cleaned my carpets,bedroom landing stairs and sitting, dining area for me and really were beyond my expectations. He explained what he would do and the possible result. But I’m not exaggerating when I say I really thought I had new carpets. Dan is an absolute gentleman and a pleasure to have working in my home. Carpets in the kids room are like new ...I didn't expect them to come out so well, thoroughly happy and would absolutely recommend, will definitely use again for sure.

We have used Aqua-Dry twice now after a recommendation from Finline Furniture. First time for a fabric sofa clean and second time for a carpet, rug & floor mats clean. Dan was extremely professional and lovely to deal with. The light coloured carpet, in particular, had been badly stained and came up fantastic with the clean. Their machinery is clean and Dan made every effort to protect the surrounding areas. Superb service, would highly recommend!

I can't recommend Aqua-Dry enough! They were an absolute pleasure to deal with from start to finish - incredibly professional and helpful. We originally had them treat our cream couch, but a few months later, we accidentally stained it with fruit. As soon as we contacted Aqua-Dry, they responded immediately and sent someone out to assess and rectify the stain. It looks brand new again!
