Our Approach
Our approach is simple and structured. An experienced technician will visit you at your premises to discuss your requirements. We will agree a Cleaning Schedule that works for you – be it a Monthly, Bi-annual or Annual Cleaning Contracts Service.
We will agree a pricing and payment schedule with you. Finally, we will appoint an experienced Contract Manager to you who will be your single point of contact for queries. We put a lot of effort in even before the cleaning work starts. This is all part of our service

Along with the usual Public Liability Insurance we carry Product Liability Insurance. We are probably unique in this regard.
What it means is that if for some reason your Carpets, Upholstery or Partitions unfortunately get damaged in any way as a result of our cleaning, you are fully covered. Of course this won’t happen (or at least hasn’t in the last 39+ years), but it is reassuring for you to know.

Was super delighted with the results that Tom achieved on the 2 rugs and a hall runner. I honestly did not think they would come up as well as they did. He worked a small miracle on my good rug which was badly stained. Although Aqua-Dry is located on the far side of the city to me, and there were other companies much closer, I chose Aqua-Dry on the basis of the information on their website and follow- up phone call . The reception staff are all very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Their pricing is very competitive and while I chose to drop -in and collect my rugs the pick-up and delivery charge of €20 each way from one side of the city to the other is very reasonable. Dan was really lovely to deal with and did a fantastic job on the couch and the footstool. I have used aqua dry on a couple of occasions and service has been excellent. Tony turned up on time, despite having to sit in rush hour traffic to get to me for 9am, he was very friendly, the carpets came up like new and he went above and beyond the job by managing to get an oil paint stain out of my satin curtains which wasn't part of the job!
