Tim took me through everything very carefully, explaining everything along the way. This time, the job wasn't very big but he treated it as if it was. As my parents have a family business, it is always my preference to support family-run businesses. I would do this even if it costs a little more, but Aqua-Dry was as competitive as other businesses. Deep Clean – Hot Water Extraction

Our Deep Clean service uses the Hot Water Extraction method. Before we clean, we inspect the carpet carefully in order to clearly point out the expected result to our customer. Stains are treated by our technician and then the carpet is cleaned deep down to remove soiling.
High pressure hot water solution breaks up soil and releases it so that the high-power vacuum can extract it, leaving behind clean and fresh carpets.

Clean & Protect Treatment

Our Clean and Protect treatment offers the added benefit of a protective treatment to your carpets. This will help prevent future spillages from becoming stains as this surface treatment forms a barrier between the fibres of the carpets and any spillage or soiling. This also means that the next time you have your carpets cleaned, the soiling will remove more easily. Our protector helps keep your carpets looking better for longer.

Was super delighted with the results that Tom achieved on the 2 rugs and a hall runner. I honestly did not think they would come up as well as they did. He worked a small miracle on my good rug which was badly stained. Although Aqua-Dry is located on the far side of the city to me, and there were other companies much closer, I chose Aqua-Dry on the basis of the information on their website and follow- up phone call . The reception staff are all very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Their pricing is very competitive and while I chose to drop -in and collect my rugs the pick-up and delivery charge of €20 each way from one side of the city to the other is very reasonable. I have used aqua dry on a couple of occasions and service has been excellent. Tony turned up on time, despite having to sit in rush hour traffic to get to me for 9am, he was very friendly, the carpets came up like new and he went above and beyond the job by managing to get an oil paint stain out of my satin curtains which wasn't part of the job!
