From the outset I had a really positive experience with Aqua-Dry - Joni in the office was friendly and professional quoting all options available for my brief, allocated me a date for the job and followed up with written confirmation. I received a reminder text the day before with an expected time of arrival and the name of the technician assigned to the job. On the day Tony arrived well within the assigned time and I found him, too, to be friendly, professional and I felt comfortable with him working in my home. He did an amazing job with the carpets and rugs. Based on this experience (my first with Aqua Dry) I would be very happy to recommend this service.

Our Deep Clean service uses the Hot Water Extraction method. Before we clean, we inspect the carpet carefully in order to clearly point out the expected result to our customer. Stains are treated by our technician and then the carpet is cleaned deep down to remove soiling.
High pressure hot water solution breaks up soil and releases it so that the high-power vacuum can extract it, leaving behind clean and fresh carpets.

Clean & Protect Treatment

Our Clean and Protect treatment offers the added benefit of a protective treatment to your carpets. This will help prevent future spillages from becoming stains as this surface treatment forms a barrier between the fibres of the carpets and any spillage or soiling. I recently contacted Aqua-Dry to clean a carpet in my sitting room, which had a particularly bad coffee stain from over the Christmas holidays. I couldn't be more pleased with the results! From the moment I contacted them, their customer service was excellent.On the day of the appointment, Dan arrived right on time, equipped with professional-grade cleaning tools and solutions. He was very friendly, courteous, and took great care to protect my furniture showing great attention to detail. The stain was particularly bad and Dan really did a super job in taking the time and care to remove it as best as possible. It required a lot of persistence and extra treatment due to the nature of how bad it was - all done with a smile! This persistence and return visits from Dan really paid off as the transformation was remarkable.I highly recommend the Aqua-Dry team to anyone in need of carpet cleaning. Tom from Aqua Dry did a marvellous job on 6 upholstered office chairs. They were very stained and he managed to clean them to an exceptionally high standard. They actually look new! Was super delighted with the results that Tom achieved on the 2 rugs and a hall runner. I honestly did not think they would come up as well as they did. He worked a small miracle on my good rug which was badly stained. Although Aqua-Dry is located on the far side of the city to me, and there were other companies much closer, I chose Aqua-Dry on the basis of the information on their website and follow- up phone call . The reception staff are all very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Their pricing is very competitive and while I chose to drop -in and collect my rugs the pick-up and delivery charge of €20 each way from one side of the city to the other is very reasonable. Dan was really lovely to deal with and did a fantastic job on the couch and the footstool. I have used aqua dry on a couple of occasions and service has been excellent. Tony turned up on time, despite having to sit in rush hour traffic to get to me for 9am, he was very friendly, the carpets came up like new and he went above and beyond the job by managing to get an oil paint stain out of my satin curtains which wasn't part of the job!
