We were very happy with the service! It was easy to book a time, we had a fast response and the furniture came up brilliantly! Would highly recommend, we were going to replace our furniture as it was really grubby from our 3 small kids, but decided to try getting it cleaned first. It came up like new so no need to spend all that money on a new suite. We're really impressed!

I got a few quotations from other companies and I decided to go with Aqua-Dry because of the outstanding customer service. I have a velvet couch that I love, and Tim was very interested (and honest) in finding out if the water treatment would be recommended for this type of fabric, while other companies just provided me a quote without even asking for photos or more information. It felt like I could trust in the company. I had my rug done by Scott, and I was very satisfied. He was very polite, arrived at the agreed time and did an amazing job! Deep Clean – Hot Water Extraction

Our Deep Clean service uses the Hot Water Extraction method. Before we clean, we inspect the carpet carefully in order to clearly point out the expected result to our customer. Stains are treated by our technician and then the carpet is cleaned deep down to remove soiling.
High pressure hot water solution breaks up soil and releases it so that the high-power vacuum can extract it, leaving behind clean and fresh carpets.

Was super delighted with the results that Tom achieved on the 2 rugs and a hall runner. I honestly did not think they would come up as well as they did. He worked a small miracle on my good rug which was badly stained. Although Aqua-Dry is located on the far side of the city to me, and there were other companies much closer, I chose Aqua-Dry on the basis of the information on their website and follow- up phone call . The reception staff are all very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Their pricing is very competitive and while I chose to drop -in and collect my rugs the pick-up and delivery charge of €20 each way from one side of the city to the other is very reasonable. I have used aqua dry on a couple of occasions and service has been excellent. Tony turned up on time, despite having to sit in rush hour traffic to get to me for 9am, he was very friendly, the carpets came up like new and he went above and beyond the job by managing to get an oil paint stain out of my satin curtains which wasn't part of the job!
