Most of our customers opt for an annual deep clean, while others book us for special occasions or to tackle unexpected spills.
Over time, carpets collect dust, dirt, allergens, and even food debris brought in from outside. We generally recommend professional deep carpet cleaning at least once a year to prevent sticky residues from attracting more dirt and causing stains to resurface. Without regular cleaning, carpets can start to look dull and even develop a musty smell.
Many of our customers tell us their home feels fresher after a deep clean, and those with respiratory sensitivities often notice an improvement in air quality.
Drying times vary considerably from 4-12 hours so it is a little harder to give a solid indication, however, the more heavily soiled a carpet or suite of furniture is, the longer it will take to dry. The weather has a part to play too: warm breezy days are perfect for speeding up drying times. It is also important to have good airflow in the room, without that, it will take longer to dry. While not essential to stay off carpets when they are drying, we do advise you to exercise caution if walking from the damp carpet to a hard floor such as wood or marble, as it can be slippery underfoot.
Payment can be made on the day to the technician. We accept cash, debit, and credit card payments, making it easy and convenient for you to pay for our services.
No deposit is required beforehand and our technician will leave a receipt on the job. If an email VAT receipt is required, we can email or post one to you upon payment.

Drying times can vary depending on the level of airflow in the rooms. E.g. carpets will dry more quickly on a warm breezy summer's day. However, we usually give an estimate of 6-12 hours.

Sadly, we’ve received many calls from people who went with a cheaper “man-with-a-van” service and were left disappointed—or worse, ignored—when they tried to raise concerns. There are a lot of cheaper carpet cleaning companies in Dublin, but as the saying goes, the bitterness of poor quality remains long after the sweetness of a low price is forgotten.
