Excellent service. I highly recommend Aqua Dry. Their service was excellent from start to finish. Hannah was very helpful when I was booking, explained the process clearly and advised there was no guarantee the stains would be removed completely. I have a light cream carpet and our puppy has had a couple of 'accidents'!!When Tim arrived, he explained the process and showed me the progress as he went. I am absolutely delighted with the result, the carpet looks as good as new.

I recently contacted Aqua-Dry to clean a carpet in my sitting room, which had a particularly bad coffee stain from over the Christmas holidays. I couldn't be more pleased with the results! From the moment I contacted them, their customer service was excellent.On the day of the appointment, Dan arrived right on time, equipped with professional-grade cleaning tools and solutions. He was very friendly, courteous, and took great care to protect my furniture showing great attention to detail. The stain was particularly bad and Dan really did a super job in taking the time and care to remove it as best as possible. It required a lot of persistence and extra treatment due to the nature of how bad it was - all done with a smile! Tom from Aqua Dry did a marvellous job on 6 upholstered office chairs. They were very stained and he managed to clean them to an exceptionally high standard. They actually look new!
