Excellent service. I highly recommend Aqua Dry. Their service was excellent from start to finish. Hannah was very helpful when I was booking, explained the process clearly and advised there was no guarantee the stains would be removed completely. I have a light cream carpet and our puppy has had a couple of 'accidents'!! When Tim arrived, he explained the process and showed me the progress as he went. I am absolutely delighted with the result, the carpet looks as good as new.

I chose you because you were recommended to me by a friend. I liked everything about your service, from first point of contact to end you were exceptional. I honestly can’t think of anything, there was only one small stain which couldn’t be removed and as Dan explained it was probably because I had already tried cleaning it myself at the time so it was through no fault of yours! Dan arrived on time and carried out all work quickly, explained everything and was very nice to deal with. Tim has been great also, arranging a date and time that worked with me and following up. Our Deep Clean service uses the Hot Water Extraction method. Before we clean, we inspect the carpet carefully in order to clearly point out the expected result to our customer. Stains are treated by our technician and then the carpet is cleaned deep down to remove soiling.
