I have used aqua dry on a couple of occasions and service has been excellent. Tony turned up on time, despite having to sit in rush hour traffic to get to me for 9am, he was very friendly, the carpets came up like new and he went above and beyond the job by managing to get an oil paint stain out of my satin curtains which wasn't part of the job! I was so happy - thanks Tony!! Will definitely be calling on you again

Tom cleaned 2 carpets and a 3 seater sofa on an apartment that my daughter was moving into. It was previously rented out so needed cleaning. He was very polite and efficient whilst being thorough. I would highly recommend Aqua-Dry.

I was really pleased with the suite after the clean. In particular, I found Scott to be very friendly, professional and generally very pleasant to work with. The communication was excellent from my initial contact with you, right through and I always knew what to expect. I would have no hesitation recommending Aqua Dry to friends and family.

Based on the glowing customer reviews I contacted Aqua Dry and found Joni a pleasure to deal with on the phone… I found Aqua-Dry wet extraction carpet cleaning to be very effective, and meticulously carried out by friendly, knowledgeable and efficient people who took pride in their work.It was lovely to deal with a family-owned company that offers excellent service from beginning to end of the customer journey… My mum is delighted with the results.I will be very glad to recommend Aqua-Dry to my clients in the future

I am so very pleased with the serviceSatisfaction started with the initial telephone call which provided details & costs in a professional and friendly way.The booking and update was very helpful and the operative - Dan arrived on time he was pleasant & very professionalThe actual survey and cleaning of my landing & stair carpet was excellent & efficiently carried out.Carpeting was clean and fresh smelling. We got Aqua Dry to clean our 5 seater couch and they've done a brilliant job. Very professional to book in with and Tony who carried out the cleaning was very punctual and lovely to deal with. The couch looks brand new again. Would have no hesitation in recommending them

Their professional and thorough approach significantly extends the life of my sofa, chairs, carpets, etc. That is an accomplishment with two young children and three fur monsters! Tony cleaned two pale coloured carpets with stains ranging from spaghetti bolognaise to dog sick. They both came up as new. He came on time and my preferred time was facilitated. This is my second time using Aqua Dry and I’ll be on to them again (asking for Tony) next year. Great service

I was delighted with the service provided by Aqua-Dry. Everything from arranging the couch cleaning to the cleaning itself was excellent. Dan arrived on time, explained the cleaning and got to work straight away. He left the cushions in the best position to dry and the couch was ready for use by tea time. The couch looks and smells great. I'd highly recommend this company. Thanks to everyone involved :)

I would definitely recommend Aqua Dry and will hire them again. From first communication by email and phone to carpet cleaning and follow up, the team were responsive, professional and thorough.It's a family owned business with a professional operation and competitive prices. I also really appreciated their honesty regarding pet odour removal. I moved into a rental where the previous tenant had a puppy and the carpets were soiled. The property manager brought in their own carpet cleaner who didn't do a thorough job with proper equipment. So, I called Aqua dry. They were honest enough to say this problem may not get resolved prior to agreeing to come out. They did their best and even spot treated a 2nd time. Although the problem wasn't resolved completely, it was an improvement. I appreciate their honesty and best effort. Highly recommended.

Very professional, thorough and efficient service. Dan was very punctial and arrived exactly at appointed time. He took time to explain the process and addressed our concerns re proficiency of the cleaning process to deal with the more problematic staining e.g. denim (it dealt well with this staining). Overall, a very good experience with Dan and the whole cleaning process.

I absolutely recommend these guys. They did a stain protection on a brand new sectional I purchased. They were on time, professional, knowledgable and super nice. They also have a good price compared to the competition. The work was done fast, clean and very nice. Good outcome. I am a happy customer. Highly recommended! Tony called out to our house to clean our cream coloured carpets. A couple of months ago I spilled dark green emulsion paint on the carpet in our room. I asked him to look at it but didn't expect much. We generally just needed to get all the carpets cleaned.I could not believe it, but he managed to get the stains out. You can not tell it was ever there. I am highly impressed with the service and will definitely use them again in future.
