The short answer is it depends on who you get! There are many different carpet cleaning companies out there who charge a range of prices. Having been in the business for over 39 years, we have found the old adage “You get what you pay for” to be true.

Why are some carpet cleaners so cheap?

If you go on to Groupon, you may be able to pick up a deal on carpet cleaning for stairs and landing and 2 bedrooms for as little as €55. That is mind-bogglingly cheap! We cannot compete with these kinds of prices, nor do we want to. If a company is only charging €55 to clean stairs landing and 2 beds, we must wonder what equipment they are using, what products they are using and what they are paying their staff. We know that we are not the cheapest carpet cleaner you could find in the market, however, we are not competing only on price. The cheapest cleaner is often not the best and there are a variety of factors involved in getting great results on your carpet, and excellent customer service on top of that.

Equipment - One reason that we may cost more is that we have top of the range equipment. For example, one truckmount* machine alone costs around €20,000.00. Truckmounts heat water hotter and have more powerful suction which means fantastic results on your carpets. Quality of service - our staff are NCCA trained, friendly and respectful in your home. We hear all the time about people being let down by tradesmen, jobs taking longer than expected, costs being more than expected and customers feeling ripped off. We confirm a cost beforehand and once the job is booked in we let you know when we are coming (by confirmation email and with a reminder text the day before), how long it should take and we even check in afterwards to ensure that everything was satisfactory.
